A California state court judge has sided with James Cameron,
discharging a lawsuit claiming the director had copied ideas for the epic film
“Avatar.”
Cameron was sued in 2011 by former employee Eric Ryder, who
alleged he had spent two years developing a movie at Cameron’s Light storm
Entertainment that became the basis for “Avatar.” Ryder said he wrote an ecologically
themed movie script called “K.R.Z. 2068″ and created actions, photos, 3D
imagery and characters...
